White Wheat Ale with Lime & Peppercorns- 5% ABV, Fat Pauly's, Iligan City
Our version of a Belgian witbier. But instead of leaning towards the sweeter side, we wanted to make it more Filipino yet lean towards the spicy or savory side by infusing the rind and zest of of our local lime or suha. We call it biasong. And freshly black crushed peppercorns. The combination of flavors make up the unique and refreshing taste of this wheat beer.
